SOUNDBODY

Breathe. Move. Heal. Transform

Sound Body is an integrative practice combining Yoga, Breathwork, Sound healing, and Embodied Dance to support deep, lasting transformation.
We run workshops that work with the body and nervous system to release what no longer serves, creating space for clarity, connection, and new ways of being.
This work creates new pathways in the body and mind—supporting profound healing and meaningful, lasting change.

Transformation

About

Sound Body is a collaboration between Yoga Teacher, Abi Portwin and Sound Healer, Matt Omo; bringing together years of experience in the wellbeing space to offer a deeply integrative approach to healing. Born from a shared passion for transformation, this work responds to a growing need for practices that engage the whole self—Body, Mind, and inner experience—in a way that is both grounded and expansive.

At its core, SoundBody is a synthesis of Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Embodied Dance. Each modality is carefully woven together to create a pathway that supports not only awareness, but real, lasting change. The work begins by creating structure and stability in the body through yoga, opens into deeper activation and release through Breathwork, and expands into Sound and Movement as a way to process, express, and integrate.
